DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
A deposit of $50 per Person is due at the time of booking.

February 1st is the last day to cancel in order to receive a full refund.  Also on this date a second deposit is due of $100 per person which is automatically charged to the credit card on file.

May 1st is when the balance is due, which is automatically charged to the credit card on file. Cancellations made after February 1st and before May 1st are subject to a $100 cancellation fee per room/cabin.  Cancellation made between May 1st and 30 days before arrival will receive a 75% refund.  If cancellation is made within 30 days of your arrival, there is no refund and your money can only be credited toward another family camp week's stay.  No prorating or refunds for partial days or meals missed.
